TORUS will gladly accept returns for any non-prescription order from within 15 calendar days of delivery. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from and be unworn and undamaged. All original packaging must be intact (cleaning cloth, case and warranty card). 

Due to the custom nature of prescriptions, frames with prescription lenses are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit for the price of the frames.  

If your prescription has changed within 3 months of purchase, you may contact us and provide the new prescription from your doctor and we will replace your lenses with the new prescription one time.
