We provide free return shipping labels. There is a $25 restocking fee on returns, there is no fee for exchanges.  

Due to the custom nature of prescriptions, frames with prescription lenses are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit for the price of the frames.  

If your prescription has changed within 3 months of purchase, you may contact us and provide the new prescription from your doctor and we will replace your lenses with the new prescription one time.
